He sells our made in France undiluted perfume oil. After he met me, he was not interested in perfume oil business because he thinks that the market is saturated & he also said “Am a man, perfume oil business is for women”.
Well he changed his mind at some point and decided to import a fragrance called “Interlude Amouage Man”.
With as low as N27,000 (WITH DELIVERY) he IMPORTED Six pieces of 100ml canisters perfume oil and bought additional 198 pieces of 3ml empty bottles for refill
27,000 got him 198 pieces of 3ml bottles of perfume oil. That means that one 3ml is N149. Please note that you can never ever get it for N250 wholesale price in Nigeria. But he got it for N149 because he got from us
He started selling each 3ml for N350 retail price. And because he refused to mix the fragrance with other liquid, the scent sold itself very easily without too much talk. It took him only 12days to finish selling 198 pieces.
That brought him N42,300 profit. He repeated the process again and again.
Among his male friends, excluding women, he has been able to raise 17 distributors.
He buys each 3ml for N149, and sell to them for N230 wholesale price. They can sell at any price they want, even as high as N400 and more.
Afolabi is now making N81 per 3ml bottle, which is small, right?
But let me shock you.
Every 2weeks, he is supplying 3500 pieces. If you multiply that by N81, it will bring you to N283,500 profit every 2weeks.
